@Handsomistic15 It's a Megadrive exclusive and it based on a new type of board making it the biggest most powerful game for the system....apparently. But from what little video exists it certainly does look like it could be on Neo Geo.
The looooooooooooooooooooooooooongest drawn out saga of ridiculous events ever in the history of making a game. just give us some solid information and a game. I've been in this for five years now.
@Heavyarms55 Because systems like the Turbo-Grafx 16 CD are hugely expensive and often fragile. This unti combined with Turbo Grafx module will be a CD/Turbochip combined unit just like the Duo and it's multi-region. If i can play this and save my original unit from further wear and expensive repairs then ie'm definitely going to do that. The base CD drive will play PS1, saturn , sega cd and pc-engine CD.
@Heavyarms55 They are all separate, that's why it's a modular system. You purchase the unit for the console you want. The base Cd drive is the only part that remains the same.
@Damo Obviously i don't read them. I just find it odd the amount of space and time given to non Nintendo systems on a Nintendo site historical connection or not. The company of which this site represents has such a huge and rich history that it could supply an almost endless amount of interesting articles that would educate many a younger player.
@BulbasaurusRex Nope you are completely wrong. The CD library has tons of great games and the virtual console lists something like five in total, there are probabaly 30 essential titles at least.
@Mr_Pepperami It is a fantastic system. personally i'm a TurboGrafx-16 guy by preference. I just love the system and its colour aesthetics. But across the platforms there are so many incredible games.
@Damo wow a tenuous link. The difference is games being on the virtual console and games being played on a non Nintendo console. Pretty obvious to me Damo.
This is an amazing piece of kit but why do we get random reviews of non Nintendo goods on the main Nintendo site? You may aswell open it up and just start covering gaming in general.
@Mr_Pepperami To compete with the Megadrive and SNES more advanced games. It was pretty much abandoned prior to release but they had a small catalogue of games ready so it launched. Very small immediate sales saw its rapid cancellation.
@RogueSkyte What's your issue with Sonics Genesis collection, i have it both on PSP and 360 and as somneone with a 400 plus physical Megadrive collection i think its a good cross section of games. I enjoyed them both.
This AT Games crap isn't even the biggest offender, lets not forget Sega recently launched its own massively hyped history service which is totally broken with terrible emulation of the very games they made themselves. Sega and i mean actual Sega not some awful licenisng branch should launch their own good quality Megadrive Mini and even master system. Done correctly like Nintendo's they would sell millions.
Neo CD collecting is already going through the roof, you'd better jump in quick as this will cause the prices to just become the same or close to as the AES versions.
I actually really like the look of this. It will be great to have a substitutre to using my TG-16 as i fear it will break one day. My only issue is the controller, this is a fairly cheap android controller that can be found online for about £15. I have personally never tried one so i just hope it feels nice.

Re: Polymega's 'Element Modules' Will Come With Wired Classic Controllers
I'm so glad this isn't dead in the water as so many have claimed. I am getting the Turbo Grafx-16 module without any doubt.

Re: Hardware Classics: Unpacking The 32X, Sega's Most Catastrophic Console Failure
@impurekind Agreed, they should of released the neptune and made the 32x and stand alone system.
Re: Hardware Classics: Unpacking The 32X, Sega's Most Catastrophic Console Failure
@Damo How is this system relevant to Nintendo.
Re: Hardware Classics: Unpacking The 32X, Sega's Most Catastrophic Console Failure
@BulbasaurusRex The reason they didn't see eye toi eye is exactly cultural differences but not between people between design aesthetic.
Re: Hardware Classics: Unpacking The 32X, Sega's Most Catastrophic Console Failure
What's the link to this one Damo?
Re: Hardware Review: Terraonion Super SD System 3 Unlocks The Entire PC Engine Library
@Mr_Pepperami Good for you man, that's a beautiful system to own. I've got a TG-16 arcade cabinet.

Re: Exclusive: Getting Under The Hood Of Polymega, The Clone Console To Rule Them All
Definitely behind this, a new TG-16 solution will be amazing.
Re: Exclusive: Getting Under The Hood Of Polymega, The Clone Console To Rule Them All
@artofmana No i dont think that is going to be a feature. I haven't heard anything to suggest it would be.
Re: Feature: Neo Geo's First Flash Cart Is Here, So What Now For Switch-Owning SNK Fans?
What now for switch owning SNK fans??? literally a ridiculous comment. Well i guess they'll keep buying games on their switch???

Utter junk, i know no reason why anyone wouild look at this and want it. the system itself is dreadful, copied controllers, rubbish game lineup.
