Step into the shoes of renowned private detective Carl Faubert and travel back to 1970 as you embark on a seemingly routine assignment in the sleepy, snow-driven village of Lake Atamipak.

Enlisted by local industrialist and money-man William Hamilton to investigate a spate of unprovoked vandalism, you arrive in the remote Canadian backwater to find the village completely deserted and your employer nowhere to be found.

Stranded by worsening weather, it will be up to you to survive the harsh conditions by foraging whatever you can and investigate the surreal goings-on as you search for a way back to safety.
