This was just confusing to me, not a very good write-up. All I read was "we can't emulate Star Fox properly yet" and Tekken 3 plays like crap....but the system is good because reasons.
It could crowdfund $4million, doesn't matter if they don't deliver on the product. With the suggested release date, them lying about everything from hardware capability to an interview, and using Trumpisms (Sad), this is going to be a hilarious trainwreck.
I'm very interested, love that design (wood panel please!) But it's really the price point and line-up that matters to me. If it comes with a ton of classic atari games installed and costs the same as NES Mini, then I'm in. Would love to play Spy vs. Spy again
Now if it's over $100 with the intention of re-selling old atari games and new indie games, then no thanks.
I like retro gaming, but not to the point where I want to hunt down a bunch of expensive physical carts/CDs just to play them again. Especially when virtual consoles have so much to offer.
It'll be way less than $300....but the games will cost way more.

Re: Atari Comes Under Fire For Seemingly Knowing Very Little About Its Crowdfunded VCS Console
@retro_player_22 I did not know that, well good luck to those backers then lol. Once the campaign closes, Atari will be running to the bank so fast

Also, that XBAY button set-up can die in a fire
