I am very tempted by this one. I LOVED this game as a kid.

@NinChocolate My 5 year old gets to have Xbox time some nights, and the amount of times he chooses to play Galaga over the plethora of more modern games I have on there really says something about how much of a timeless classic Galaga really is.

I really loved this game. It was by no means perfect, and the junction system was kind of jarring at first, but all in all a fun game with great characters and a good storyline.
Unfortunately for VIII though, it had the daunting task of having to follow FF VI and FFVII.

@Sketcz I sometimes try to imagine a gaming landscape where Konami is still as awesome as they used to be… 🙁

This game is simply astounding. It is a struggle to think of any games in the 26 years following its release that have reached the same level of magnificence.

War for Cybertron was awesome! I played a lot of that game on my 360.

At three years old, this was the first video game I ever played, and I still perfectly recall the experience. I remember exactly where I was when I first played it and remember thinking the Goombas were lions.

@Grail_Quest I ordered mine 1/1/2022, so I am in the same boat.
