@Serpenterror the switch joycons are severely lacking a proper dpad for retro games. It's actually quite terrible.

All those retro handhelds are infinitely better for classic games. (Odin, Anbernic, etc)

The lack of stock is definitely a negative especially with what happened with the mini.
If you want a guarantee purchase get the RG3XX and install GarlicOS on it. It also plays psone so much better than this.

Also Anbernic has the best build quality

@KevvyLava those are valid points, I never thought of the ease of access.. but if you're just emulating you could always go a cheaper route.
Setting it all up is part of the fun.

@status-204 I agree, you can go a lot cheaper and with better performance using a DE-10 Nano running MISTer. I hope everyone interested in the Polyomega look up this as an alternative. It can use original controllers too
