Re: Shuttered Wonder Woman Studio Once Pitched A Big Trouble In Little China Game

@JackGYarwood I saw a while ago Rockstar had an Austin Powers kart racing game in development for the Dreamcast, this was supposed to be released in 2000 too...

But surely Monolith could have pitched a game to Rockstar, they were having a great deal of trouble trying to get the Austin Powers IP to work in a video game frame, and NOLF proved it was entirely possible given the right team.

Beam (well Krome) would also do this again decades with the Aussie manga webcomic, Blade Kitten.

But I remember seeing this game for sale in that tiny budget tape rack in my local newsagent, and thought the artwork was way too polished compared to the art on most of the boxes at the time, was it based on a license?

Which got even more confusing when he appeared in an episode of the original TMNT cartoon.

Wasn't there a story years ago, that the best ever performing barcode for the game, one that maxed out all stats, was found on someone's anti-depression medication?

But, I got one as a kid on holiday, from Argos in Hastings! I almost got a C64GS that holiday too, Woolworths were selling them off for £15 each. But dumba$$ me bought a Catwoman poster instead >.>
