Yeah Moyse did put his stamp on german versions of Nintendo Games. Like Secret of Mana where he erased all links to the world's lore, completely renamed everything and then stuffed it to the brim with german popculture references like enemys are about to watch a famous german soap opera of the time called "Lindenstraße"
