The Dreamcast is still my favorite console of all time, it was a truly incredible machine with a lot of style and innovation (VMUs!!).
Back on topic, I don't think MS is going to become a third-party publisher. I see streaming devices as the future of "casual gamers", but there is still a place for regular consoles. We should also keep in mind that the vast majority of GamePass subs are on Xbox hardware. The Xbox brand is not dying in my opinion.
