        There’s definitely such a thing as bad nostalgia, but it’s all subjective. For example, the Star Wars prequels were objectively worse than the original trilogy, and I think they’re pretty lousy. But that doesn’t mean that they don’t have emotional heft for people who were kids when those movies came out. They’re just wrong about liking them (kidding)!
