@BulkSlash Right! That was my first though as well. Instead of the m2 buttons they could have had 6x face buttons, and it would suited all game types and styles.

@KingMike This post is specific to sega arcade games. Which is why I didn't go into a huge book about other non-sega games that are not P2W. While I appreciate the time you took to respond. You never referenced one single sega arcade game that isn't P2W. Which could have been of interest, to this post.

Don't care to have most arcade games that are just P2W. While saturn or dreamcast games might actually be good to buy. The ones I play are mostly third party. I doubt they could get the licensing fees low enough. I'm sure they will have another compilation for everyone on PS-7/Xbox-Infinity they will want you to buy too.

Testing an FPGA system with a lame controller. Also playing street fighter 2 with the analog stick, and not the d-pad. Grade A testing right there. Why not just throw a BT wireless controller with random lag with a gamestop label on it to really test it?

The lack of saturn or dreamcast controller ports tells me everything about this device. Also the traces all loop to each other and not out to any other components. Unless there is some quantum computing going on here. That just doesn't make logic.

If so, then they made japan slightly better for the longest time. I always liked, and used ken, but everyone knows ryu was slightly better. Until the flaming dragon punch came, and made ryu pointless. Kind of like Akuma. Once you play him, why would you play ryu, ken, or even sagat again?

@Bonggon5 The 1500$ model... The only tech I ever got buyers remorse with. I just read and article that apparently they claim to have fixed the blue OLED problem, and OLED monitors should be coming and brightness is fixed with no burn_in. I don't trust it. I'm getting micro-led still.

I bought an LG oled TV, and the burn-in and color degradation was terrible. Micro-LED is the next step in technology. Retro games especially will destroy this screen quickly. It's not if, but when. When will you first see it? When will it no longer be tolerable?

Funny how mods from mister fpga discord post about how toxic the mars team is. When mister fpga discord, is the most toxic place. It's so bad even the creator of mister won't go there! The mars team exposed some of it the kick backs going on. That is why they are getting such toxic people from the mister fpga coming after them. Especially the YT $$$ like PCN and VGE. With the 130$ mister fpga clone with dual ram coming. The mars team might have trouble selling something with not a very big boost in LE's for way more money. Not sure if they hooked up with OSCR, but things were planned for mister before they became toxic towards that project, and of course the sinden light gun guy. Who they were totally toxic too as well, and is the reason we don't have sinden lights guns on the mister! Thanks for that too discord mods!

@DestructoDisk It's not just one youtuber. They are all buddy buddy who get kick backs and block anyone else from posting videos like that. If you do anything that might jeopardize YT$ that entire group will come after you and eventually ban you. Seen it so many times it's not even funny anymore.

I appreciate the information. I don't think putting the product's discord channel behind a paywall is a wise move. It should be open to anyone interested in the mars project. AKA potential buyers.

The problem is the mods of the mister fpga discord channel! I'm guessing it was that time of the month again, and the ban hammer came out. They call it "politics", I call it toxicity. I look forward to the mars project to get away from it. They ban patreon members, and literally take food out of devs mouths! Just like bud light. You don't give money to people who hate you. While those in the "youtube channel gang" get away with posting memes all day long in channels that say specially, not to, and mostly political at that. What needs to happen, is mars needs it's own discord channel, to get away from mister fpga mods! Sooner that happens, the sooner mars will get away from that which is toxic.
