@Ryu_Niiyama Me too. The gameplay of Street Fighter was much more fluid and followed some kind of logic with all characters. But in Mortal Kombat, doing a special move was like typing a cheat code, it made no sense. I find it crazy how Mortal Kombat crushed Street Fighter in sales through the different gen. Big budget won over good gameplay.
Lol if R-Type was released today people would call it a scam for being a game that can be beaten in less than a hour. It's not a good time for score based single player games. The last Starfox showed that.
@rushiosan You can blame Nintendo all you want but only Konami have to be blamed for their own failure. Konami put all their eggs in one basket with Kojima and now Kojima isn't hip and cool anymore Konami died. That's what happen when you abandon your fast action games original fanbase.
