I enjoyed the NES release a lot and was pretty excited to hear about a movie adaptation starring Dwayne Johnson, but I had no idea this game even existed.
Seems like an okay game. Too bad about the movie though.
Learned about this site from a friend more than a decade ago and has always been my go-to source of video game music remixes ever since. Here's hoping the site continues to supply us with great music for many more years.
It's always great to hear about smaller groups boldly going against the manipulative practices of corporate giants. A lot of these big guys deserve a slap of reality and humanity, so more power to those who dare to challenge them in their own game.
Yes, please! Got stuck somewhere and couldn't finish this back on the PSX, so I look forward to finally seeing Gustave the Steel's exploits to its conclusion.
How come there's no mention of Alucard's appearance in Castlevania Legends for the Game Boy? I'm aware a lot of Castlevania games were axed from the official timeline, but I think that was still a notable appearance.
I always thought it was just easier to match up the mushroom than the star, which I rarely matched up.
No complaints with the card pairing game though, as I considered it my privilege as a veteran player of the game to know with great accuracy where each card's pair was.
Nokia has always been the Nintendo of the mobile phone industry, always willing to try out new things. It's part of the reason why I supported their beginning forays in the Android phone business. The one I got (forgot its model) was like a smartphone version of the 3310, totally sturdy and extremely hard to physically break.
Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Californication" music video was just continuous gameplay footage of an albeit made-up PSX-era video game. Won't that one count?
Also, Owl City's "When Can I See You Again" music video.
I'm torn with this one. I've always liked the Metal Slug aesthetic since the first game and the 3D here looks decent enough, but the mixing of 2D-3D doesn't seem to blend that well, at least the way I see it.
Maybe the final product will be different though, so I reserve my judgment until then.
I've been planning to get myself an Android tablet to replace my dead Surface 3. This seems like a worthy keyboard for that endeavor. I have great trust on 8bitdo's product quality, with my SF30 Pro gamepad lasting through much abuse without losing functionality.
No amount of good-intentioned wishful thinking justifies lying to the masses. He was talented where it counts, sure, but that tendency of his is plain inexcusable.

Re: Sonic Roll Is A Brand New Sonic The Hedgehog Board Game Coming In 2024
Would've been nice if the rings were not cards but maybe made of gold-colored plastic, but other than that quibble this seems interesting.
Re: Random: Remember When Pokémon Wanted To "Spit-Roast Your Best Friend"?
Considering all the risqué game ads back then, I'm pretty sure they intended to convey every meaning. Everything.

Re: Sega Resurrects The Iconic "Sega Scream" For Sonic Superstars
@Carck It was also on the PSP K-On! game released by Sega, chanted in a sing-song way by the anime's main character Yui no less.
Re: Sega Resurrects The Iconic "Sega Scream" For Sonic Superstars
Hmm, I don't seem to recall ever hearing this one. I guess it's not as iconic as the Sega chant when you boot up their games back in the day.
Re: 'Mighty Castle Adventure' Is A Castlevania Fan Game For The Amstrad CPC
Never got to use let alone see an Amstrad. Did it really sound like a dot matrix printer while operating?
Re: The NSFW PC-98 Strategy Game 'Shangrlia 2' Is Now Available In English, Thanks To Fans
Waiting for its sequels, "Nirvnaa" and "Paradsie."

Does it star a drunken Mario?

Re: Anniversary: Castlevania Classic Dracula X: Rondo Of Blood Is 30 Today
Even just a Dracula X Chronicles remaster for the Switch would be good enough for me.
That was the game that convinced me to get a PSP, so it has a special place in my heart. Somewhere near the left ventricle, I think.

"They smell like five five sixers, and pineapples."
Re: Random: These Battletoads Statues Look Ridiculously Cool
These would be great dashboard ornaments for my solid-gold Humvee, parked next to my diamond-studded swimming pool.

Re: ZUIKI Officially Unveils The Dance Dance Revolution Classic Mini In Japan
To complete the look, it needs an equally miniature crowd of Asians lining up to play it.
(Note: No racism intended here. I'm Asian and this was the usual setting back in DDR's heyday.)

Re: Review: Aya Neo Pocket Air - The New Handheld Emulation King
Tempting, but the physical aesthetics could be better.
Also, my mobile phone paired with my 8bitdo gamepad already works well to emulate the great ones of old, so maybe I'll stick with that.

Re: Flashback: Capcom's Iconic Jingle - The Unforgettable Sound Of 16-Bit Gaming
Ah, the sounds of my childhood. That, along with the logo jingles for Konami and Sega, and the boot-up sounds of the Playstation and Game Boy.
Ah, nostalgic bliss.
Re: These Metal Slug Model Kits Are Adorable
As a long-time Metal Slug fan, these look amazing to me but, sadly, I'm no good with model kits that require painting.
Re: Intellivision Amico Trademark Is Live Once Again
The Amico vs the Polio... err... Polium. Their battle will be epic.
Re: Trademark For Intellivision Amico Has Been Abandoned
@eaglesfly76 Hahah, I figured.
Perhaps in another reality this console is wildly successful and being covered constantly in IntellivisionLife.
Re: Trademark For Intellivision Amico Has Been Abandoned
Was this console connected to Nintendo in any way? Just curious as this site seems to cover it a lot for a non-Nintendo console.
