Saturn is the only Sega console I haven't played, and I'd love to get a mini of that. I still have a working Dreamcast system, but barely any games for it, so I'd love to get a mini of that as well.
Even though my first choice now is playing games (especially on consoles I never owned) on my Pocket, I still get kick out of playing emulated games on my hacked NES, SNES, Genesis, and PS1 mini's. Playing these games on official hardware, with the box art in the menu's, really take me back to when I played these games when I was a kid. That's a feeling I don't get with the Pocket or my Pi.
@Hexapus Ha! I "fat fingered" when I was typing and I actually have a Raspberry Pi 3. Yeah, it runs everything fine, with the exception some N64 and PS1 games.
I'm a complete novice when it comes to this. I have a Raspberry Pi 4, and it's fun, but a lot of the emulated games don't play or play well on it. I've had my Analouge Pocket now for about 6 months, and I'm amazed at the selection and ease it is to play a lot of these games I've never played before, and I can tell difference in just the game play. I mainly play on my TV (I'm old), and the Analouge Dock works great, and has really made me go down the rabbit hole to adding games for systems I've never played before.
@nocdaes I felt that same way. I mainly just wanted to to use this for GB and GBA games, but I went down the rabbit hole, and now I'm addicted to to all the PC Engine/CD games that I never got to play growing up. I'm buying the dock now just so I can play on my TV. I love this little device!!
I received this book for Christmas, and I love it! I got the softcover version, and it fits right in with all my old Player Guides. Can't wait for the next volume.

Re: 14 Percent Of North Americans Still Play Gaming Systems Released Before 2000
I still have my original NES, SNES and N64 hooked up to my TV from the early 90's. And I play them rather frequently.

I got my Analogue Pocket late last year. Glad I spent a day getting all the games from Vimm's Lair then.

Re: All Analogue Pocket OpenFPGA Cores And Where To Download Them
I saw they just released a C64 core yesterday (4/4/24), but I can't seem to find any info on how to get the games to work?
