As a child of the 80’s, I wanted to like this, but I couldn’t get past Tommy. He gave off the vibe of a person who’d tell you anything you wanted to here. Maybe that’s me judging, sorry.
Then, I saw some of the games, and it just was working for me either. It looked a lot like shovelware for the PC that was the 50 Games in 1!
I will withhold judgement until I can play one. I think the ideas they have for it are great. The price is high, but I have a tough time trusting Tommy. He gives me a used car salesman vibe.
Honestly, even if it was a retro play, I don’t think I’d be interested. I’ve been fortunate enough to live through every generation of gaming, and while the VCS (2600) introduces me to gaming, it was the Nintendo that made me love it. Atari games are just not that great to play now.
I'm glad I bought the Retro Freak, now. Actually, I was fine with the Freak any ways. I'm not sure why anyone would try something like this, today. There is just too many people that have too much access to try to pull something like this over on them.

I feel for the people who pre-ordered.
Re: Intellivision Admits Its Wii-Like Amico Console May Never See Release
@Funneefox Maybe he’s not a good guy then. Either way, untrustworthy seems to fit.

I’m sure Tommy is an okay guy, but I never got the feeling he was trustworthy.
