Reflecting on the idea that people lack purpose and meaning—I completely agree. I feel that way myself. Right now, I’m going through a difficult chapter in my life, and this project has been my support, my only light. It might sound like nonsense, but it’s the truth.
A long time ago, I learned that for something to exist, it doesn’t necessarily need to make sense—it simply is. The need for something to have meaning in order to be justified is merely a human construct.
Today, when I found out about this publication, I felt happy, fulfilled. But the feeling didn’t last long. The person I loved, the one who was by my side while I worked on this project, left me. She’s gone. And honestly, I feel an emptiness inside me. This work is my attempt to fill it.
Now I’m alone—with many small achievements, but still alone. No longer with the person I loved, the one I wanted to celebrate with. Life has no real meaning, just like this project. One day, none of this will remain—but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t enjoy life and do what brings us the most joy.
