Using the wii u in place of the original wii is disrespectful. say what you want about the wii, but it without a doubt provided an experience and everlasting memories not many other consoles have done especially the wii u 👎

in fact, the entire 7th generation was an experience and arguably, imo, the second golden age of gaming. The big three all offered something worth having and competition was so good, there was a reason to have a wii, ps3, and xbox360 and they all provided experiences that were different from one another including their exclusives

@bring_on_branstons What about nintendo ? they were arrogant with the wii u , and are arrogant with the switch 2; couple the fact that they never lower their prices for anything and screw over their fans for petty corporate reasons , it makes me wonder why they are still the golden child of the industry no matter what they do or don’t do. nintendo is the worst when it comes to anti-consumerism & listening to what people want.

@jojobar ps3 had quirky AA games - they didn’t sell.

@Blofse I said gamecube because it wasn’t the weakest console that generation and was a powerhouse in its own right , just gimped by nintendo’s dumb decision of tiny discs. Also , the jump from 16-bit to 64 was big sure, but so was the jump from smash 64 to smash melee graphics wise , mario kart as well, metroid prime , f-zero GX - a game that arguably still holds up today . it wasn’t until the wii where nintendo completely crapped the bed and just wanted to be popular among the casual market
