Re: Daemon Claw Is A New Action Sidescroller For Amiga, Mega Drive, Neo Geo, & PC

@JackGYarwood ,

It's important to note that while there will eventually be an Amiga version of DaemonClaw, it is not offered or mentioned on this Kickstarter campaign because it will be made after Metro Siege is finished, and we can not estimate when this will take place.
We're getting quite a few upset fellow Amigan's commenting on our Kickstarter campaign and in our videos etc because of this confusion caused by misleading titles to articles and videos not only mentioning it's coming for Amiga, but listing it first and not clarifying that it will come later, and is not part of the Kickstarter.

We just recorded a video explaining this for Amigan's and I hope to get the video up in the next day or two.

We do plan on exploring the creation of a NeoGeo CD version as well, but have to limit how many different versions we can promise in a single Kickstarter.

We'd also love to make games for Snes as well, but to do this we'll need to find and make agreements with skillful SNES developers. The reason far more Megadrive games get made than Snes games is mostly due to the existence of SGDK (Sega MegaDrive Software Development Kit) it's an open source development platform with tools, documentation etc. for making games for Megadrive, which makes it far easier to develop for Megadrive compared to SNES. I hope this changes in the future so the Snes can get as much Indie dev love.
