@Crecca Functionally, the two systems appear to be identical in that they both play 2600 and 7800 games.
With the 2600+, you get a wired joystick and a 10-in-1 cartridge. The 7800+ contains one game and a wireless gamepad.
So it really boils down to whether you value a wireless pad over more games. You're getting classics like Adventure and Yars' Revenge with the 2600+, but the wired joystick simply isn't long enough for most setups (though there is an extension cable available separately).

P.T was a mind-blowing experience; quite easily the scariest video game ever released, even to this day. Nothing has even come close, in my eyes.
