@Octane and @get2sammyb The was a new 3DS launch back at the start of 2015 and Nintendo did launch some exclusive games didn’t work on the original 3DS.
It sold slightly over 12 million units and receives zero third-party support . Even Nintendo are releasing all their new games in the original 3DS format. I only own 1 New 3DS game and am currently playing about 1/3 DS 2/3 3DS on it.
