@Clammy When you were twelve, watching jet was cool, 'celebrity' today has taken on a much different meaning. If you're excited by the thought of a load of Towie drips playing VR, and yes 90% of the games are all VR due to this being co developed by Oculus, then all power to you. I watched Games Master as a kid to see new games that I either didn't own, or that were not yet released. I couldn't give a toss about John Fashnu poorly playing sensible soccer. At least they've got you to watch.

Who???? Literally never heard of him in my life. the fact that it's a celebrity thing makes this utter W#NK. There are enough of these drips floating around the airwaves as is. The people that are involved with this, that worked on the original should be ashamed of themselves for touting that history.

Yessssss! This is amazing. I remember when they showed the first footage of the SNES and Ghouls N Ghosts. I watched that fifteen-second clip for about six months whilst awaiting it's release.

@Yorumi burnt discs and an everdrive is all you need. Nobody in their right mind is going to start forking out £500 and upwards for a CD game.

But.....But....But...it's just a scam, it doesn't play games very well, it doesn't even exist.

If the console didn't look completely sh#t, i'd definitely own one. I think it's a great idea and seems to work well too. The design aesthetic however is dreadful. The graphics, the buttons, it looks like the cheap chinese system that it is. Now what would be better is to put these guts into a home console. I'd buy that regardless.

I wish Tommy well in this venture but for someone who has had such a rich history in video games and been involved on so many levels, this just looks really poor. Laughably so tobe honest. i don't even think kids would be that into it as they have better stuff in their pocket.

@pblive They've obviously just paid out cash to get the licence and i don't see the arcade stick going very far or being suppoprted for very long. They will want to utilise that licence and we all know they are sat on possibly the richest arcade pile that exists.

@pblive Now that Capcom had rekindled the AVP licence for the arcade stick you can guarantee we will see another arcade compilation. They will want to sell that as much as possible.

@Ventilator Me too, i absolutely love it. It was hampered by the supposedly unplayable framerate that just isn't true. I think it's a real gem in the Wiiu's library.

Still arender and still looks like utter garbage. To of essentially copied the Famicom logo aesthetic is sooooooooooo lazy. oh it's a retro based consoel we'd better make it look like anothjer existing retro classic console. it shows absolutely zero thought into the design process abd that is enough for me to know it will be dreadful.

Good to see smaller games get onto a system like this, but i still think the system looks awful.

@Filbert_Wang Well it shares a similar colour that's about it. I think it looks cheaply done.

I like the idea of new retro styles games making it onto cartridge but i'm not sold on the system. It looks terrible. They should of bundled this into a console not a handheld and it would of been really cool.

I assumed the 'Crank' actually wound the battery or created the power somehow. This will become the new 'wiimote' in that games will tack on the usage no doubt. I do love B&W games but that's about as far as i'd go with any interest in this unit.

@GhostGarrity All games will be fully licensed, agreeed and with fees upfront. There is definitely no 'free' games to republish. The fee agreed is on the lower side so that they can agree an initial production run and cover their costs in the assumption that they sell out. This is not an eshop game it's a physical release.

If it retains the same beautiful artwork i'd be interested.

@BulkSlash 8bitdo M30 looks much better for a third of the price.

@Jokerwolf I like that they are bigger and rounded ,they fit an adult hand much better than the originals. Krikzz does incredile work but to me this seems pointless.
