I feel like it's pretty brazen and unnecessary to say they shouldn't publish indie games anymore. They are sometimes the only way to get those indie games and I'd much rather innovative and creative indie games over a sloppy collection for Castlevania ROMs.

Also if you think LRG is bad, I dare you to look into the rabbit hole that is Strictly Limited Games!

I generally try to support developers, but if the developers don't give us high quality, then I'll play it however I find it best.

A good example of this is Nintendo. I own many Nintendo games in original cart form and digitally, and I think NSO is a terrible sub service with substandard features so I play the games through emulation.

Or the Psikyo collections filled with lag and without save states or basic features. They are actually superior when emulated.

I feel no need to support massive corporations, especially when their products are substandard.

But if a developer (like M2) actually puts in the effort to make it the best possible version, I'll pay top dollar.
