I've never been a fan of RTS games but any FPS games I'll happily buy.

First I'm hearing of that since everyone still goes on about how good it is compared to typical emulation.

100% accuracy would be ideal however making the games run properly is what is ultimately important. It just depends what those inaccuracies are and whether they ruin the gameplay experience or even improve it.

N64 games can only look better on PC.

I think I'll just buy it on Steam. Evercade has just been getting weirder by the year.

@James-Bond I never really understood if developers care so much on creating cinema why bother animating cutscenes when you can just do FMV? If you're going to make a movie go the entire way like FMV.

@Guru_Larry Eon owned James Bond but Danjaq was also involved. I'm guessing since Amazon own Bond Danjaq still are involved in their duties.

@AtomB D'oh, missed it! Honestly though, I don't see what the problem is. One is a fishy parody.

I always found his channel overrated. His research is detailed and in-depth but he covers the same topics that have been covered endlessly by everyone else. Norman will put out a video on Super Mario Kart and then everyone will think this is the first time it's been covered. That channel could have done a lot more interesting stuff.

@X68000 The irony of course is Norman started as a sort of early AVGN copy. Laid back, no nonsense with arms folded and slightly arrogant. Then he stopped making videos for a few years and when he came back he became the more natural "well that's just swell" persona he's been since. 😂

@Banjo- Try to widen your search. There are more channels out there covering more variety of topics. I'd hate to think you think this is as informative as retro gaming content gets.

@Sketcz I had no idea about this. I'm somehow not surprised as my comment above shows his audience believe his topics are new only when he's covered them. It's very frustrating. His sources could easily be put into his videos but then creating an ignorance might be unintentionally beneficial to him I guess? 🤔

@Right_Said_Brett I probably got confused because reviews through Galaxy end up on GOG. Thanks for that clarification.

@Sketcz Well if you want to add reviews or get achievements it's really the only option and it's not very good. It's worth noting as well not all of GOG's games are DRM free.

@Sketcz GOG is incredibly faulty when it comes to Galaxy and achievements. Steam is a lot more stable.

I don't think it takes a total genius to see they'll burn through the N64 library pretty quickly when taking into account what Nintendo owns and what are licenced properties that will take money to grab. For PS1 games however they have a good catalogue to work with.

Also, they need to sort out their Discord. 🤔

I'm still waiting for a UK blu-ray release. Long overdue.

If I could play my UMDs on it that would be cool.

The ones I recognise here are pretty good. The Retro Hour Podcast are nice people.

My favourite game of all time is coming back!!! Again! Wasn't too keen on the changes made to the console ports but the Amiga original is terrific fun. 😊

@Fallingshadow The version they ported was the Mega Drive version so here's hoping they have access to the original Amiga version this time and can get the Chupa Chups licencing.

I think this could be ported as it doesn't look that, that demanding. It's great that a quality Amiga game can be developed though.

I very much remember this game coming out. I remember it doing pretty well. The impression I get was that it was well made and it had some models doing the voices I think like Jennifer Walcott.

She's not actually wrong when considering the multimedia capabilities of the PSP. The people in the comments of the tweet are the ones who don't seem to know what they're talking about which I find funny. 😂

There will never be another great tactical RPG like Shining Force. The game perfected the genre (chef's kiss).

Portugal is a lovely country folks. Most of the time the weather is nice and the building architecture is not what you'd find in the UK or US. But I think there's room for Portugal and getting Spider-Man & the X-Men : Arcade's Revenge completed on time. 😆

Having seen the game it looks absolutely fine but it just suffers from being very boring. The co-op element just was explored enough.

@Digglerdig That's a huge generalisation and completely undeserved I feel. It's poor management in places that gave Sega an iffy history.

One of the main problems as we all know is Japan just was very toxic to the American branch. That's ultimately why Sonic X-treme was never completed. What still baffles me to this day is they were clearly capable of doing a 3D Sonic game as Sonic Jam shows so why not just do more of that? 🤔

@Sketcz Yes it does look like Bug! which is great as a Bug! as that's a classic platformer game for Saturn but it doesn't fit Sonic well.
