I'm not sure why limit themselves to fighting games. Really they could focus on all their games on modern platforms.

I know it's impossible but I wish the games were ported to modern systems.

A bigger question that needs to be asked from this article is why do Japanese gamers have as much indifference to preservation as Japanese studios? There's an article there in answering that question I'm sure.

Volition should never had to be put in such a position in the first place. At least their material is preserved but it still beggars belief this happened. 🙄

@frogproject Yes it is. GOG is doing what it normally does with Windows games and putting a wrapper around it. It will be the same game from 2003.

Really would make sense to port the other titles but I think that's outside what GOG could do.

Could be alright, would have to be really impressive to stand out from the crowd.

Overall the graphics look lovely although the hero sprite could maybe be a bit bigger? 🤔
