Major concern is about the LCD output. Recalbox has done a magical job with their CRT adapter… but how retroarch will manage this issue ? Filters? Shaders ?
Meanwhile, using two bad cropped original sprites of link/Mario will makes Nintendo go berserk on those homebrewers… and shut down years old home projects.
@KillerBOB . I can see it coming from here: “Due of unpredictable side effects of the covid 19 vaccine, we are forced to postpone the polymega release...”
@Damo as a huge retro gaming enthusiast, I can’t help myself to find something suspiscious about this device... and the massive coverage ( para official support?!?) here in NL.
As an Ex nds homebrew coder, I can make a clear frontier between homebrew and Piracy, but I feel there is still shaddy (at best) about Polymega. And the messy (deceptive) communcication isn’t helping.
Fool me once, shame on you...
I’ve been fooled so many times by bells and whistles, crowfunding scam...
@ThanosReXXX Sir, you’re painfully right.
This is a future vaporware And possibly a ponzi schème as now they announce their store... third parties modules... unclear modular emulation.
Pure train wreck of loosy communication, a future crowd funding heist...
Have we all already forgotten the ouya ? The wonderswan?

Re: Hardware Review: Analogue Pocket - Potent FPGA Power In Portable Form
FOMO incentive marketing is organized by greedy MOFO.
Seems a good device, pricey but OK.
But paying now, getting it later, in this economy, seems too harsh.
