honestly, it seems a bit ridiculous for something someone did for free and distributed for free to be ostracized for being used freely in a way that legitimizes it, though credit should still be given to the one that did it. well, the main issue here is more retro-bit claiming not to use pre-existing script but doing so anyway.
tbh, they should just let it die already. its not something thats going to succeed and its still disappointing that they made the mistake of putting earthworm jim 4 on it as an exclusive. hell, the fact that all of the games on it are an exclusive is another reason why its going to flop.
@sanderev nintendo only managed to get rid of the physical devices and limit it to the hackers. now days, people with homebrewed switches/3ds's/wii u's use a action replay program
@Paraka i was unaware of this, albeit i only got a ps3 after the ps4 was out and the one i have has some other issues; namely it won't play dvds or blue rays and i have to slide open and close the lid a few times to get a game to play. haven't had any issues with it beyond that, though i also tend to keep my room at around 50°F-60°F[10°C-15.5°C]
@Paraka i must ask now as i didn't notice your comment til i was summoned here by @YozenFroghurt just now, but how the hell did your PS3 melt of all things?
this is why people complaining about ROMs & ISOs are a bunch of fools and why most mobile games & MMOs are fated to just fade away. without ROMs/ISOs sites a lot of older games would be more at risk then there are currently.

Re: 14 Percent Of North Americans Still Play Gaming Systems Released Before 2000
@mariteaux another thing that throws the number off is the question of how many are playing retro games on newer systems via emulators.

Re: Feature: How Mortal Kombat Defined The Console War Between Sega And Nintendo
@Desrever yeah, the rated M thing never really stopped kids from getting their hands on the games.
Re: Feature: How One Magazine Told The World About Pokémon
@GravyThief yeah, one of the downsides to the internet was making it to easy for people to find guides without trying to figuring it out themselves.
