@DadGamerUK Absolutely! If AI is doing all the work then people won't be spending money on the Patreon access.

We'll have to call it MiSTer AI from now on. 😆

But is it AI generated? 🤔

@gojiguy Screen Rant seem alright with it.

They just need to replace the 3D characters with live actors and it'll be perfect.

But why do they need to be that big? When the remakes of the previous games were made they were kept pretty small.

Just slightly??? Awwww... 😂

This is really indepth. Unfortunately I only became aware of the game because of AVGN. In fact a lot of my knowledge of NES came from AVGN reviewing its library. His channel got me back into retro gaming. I'm glad the game is a lot better than what it's been portrayed as. NES was an...interesting system. I personally think SMS was better.

I think my only issue from the demo so far is that apart from being too easy to run into enemies the route through the levels shown seems very linear. 🤔

Yeah I mean they're just flinging stuff at the wall and seeing what gets traction. No reasoning or vision behind these decisions. 😆

That's pretty good although everything will look tiny on the Pocket.

@OdysseyPoint I didn't say it was fool proof but it's an option.

@Damo You have to admit articles can be biased just like programmed AI.

@Slider2711 Well human bias won't provide objectivity, it will give you confirmation bias. AI reporting can be programmed to be more unbiased. You made good points before though that I partly agree with. 👍

@Slider2711 As I said in my previous comment AI has the benefit of non-bias if programmed in. A human website can easily go into bias and this one has on many occasions. As I said there's pros and cons of either.

@-wc- Probably just a few.

This is very impressive stuff! 😲

"This includes why the team decided to turn Luigi (voiced by Danny Wells) into a scaredy-cat."

It stuck for the character so good job! 👍

"To that question, I would point out that GenAI content is riddled with mistakes and often completely misses historical context – using it in this kind of way is a sign of laziness, in my opinion."

Yeah but it remains less biased or maybe as biased. Either way TE and AI written articles have their pros and cons.

I can't believe Hyperkin are still around. 🤣

I mean they should bring it back, endorsement or not.

"30 FPS performance is apparently the target"

I get the impression all developers working on N64 were saying this. 🤔

@FPGAguru It's a troll and this article takes it seriously? 🤣

@Falco_Girgis No worries, it was just a joke over articles here looking to make sure gaming is vibe coded. 😂

Could be a lot of fun.

I think someone will do a better job. Should spark more competition for accuracy.

@Daric Agreed or the genie is out of the bottle as it were. 👍

The ball is in the court of the Modretro 64 now.

But isn't there supposed to be issues with the Superstation One? 🤔

"All assets in the game are handmade. My stance on GenAI? It somewhat works as a coding assistant, [but] it shouldn't get into art, in my opinion."

Yep, the best practice.

I think he has the right mentality about AI. I agree on this points, it shouldn't be used to code the game so much as to ask for assistance with certain tasks.

I like projects such as this.

There's a lot of Amiga games that need a frame rate upgrade as well.

That's interesting, when it read 32bit I immediately thought it was 3D. 🤔

But is it vibe coded? 😉

Sorry I couldn't stop laughing at a meme of Doug Walker being labelled 'Bald Man Makes 'Hlop' Sound'. 🤣

@iacobus_magnus They were releasing Amiga computers every year. When looked at from that point of view the saturation is why the company ultimately went bankrupt. More company and time spent on those platforms would have made them succeed.

This is really impressive stuff. 😲

As long as you don't want to play Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and 2 you'll be fine. 😆

Yea, definitely looks homebrew.

Those are some weird choices. 😆

There just isn't enough AA games being made. Studios either can't spend the money or want to go epic with AAA.

@KingMike It's not really a collection without all the 8bit and 16bit games.

Did someone say...Zool?

Still waiting for Mega Bomberman.

Well that took them long enough.

• Inability to take criticism
• Rising costs
• Terrible Discord

Evercade keeps on winning! 😂

Tabletop boardgame? Fans hoping for the General Morden of quality announcements - - > get actual Morden instead. 🤣

@GameManAdvance Explosive after right? 😂

I don't get it. Xbox is capable of this so? 🤔

I hope they pull through. This shouldn't have happened.

@CookieByte Agreed. I think it's a lot of nothing drama.
